Exchange & Refund Policy

The maximum term for the change or refund of every product is within 30 days
If you want to request a refund or exchange for one of your products, please email me at objectini@gmail.com.

I will be happy to assist you and will respond as soon as possible.
Please note that all returns are at the customer's expense.

I will not accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. If the product is eligible for return, I will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the order.

Please be aware that if the payment was made via a bank account, the refund may take slightly longer to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable. I recommend using tracked shipping so you can monitor the location of your package.

I will notify you as soon as your package has been received and proceed with the refund or send you the replacement item promptly.
