We aim to ship every available order the day after it is placed.
For custom order, please note they will take more time, since they need to be produced from the beginning. We will contact you as soon as the piece will be ready and we will keep you updated during every step of the production.
We will always send an email confirmation upon order placement and another once the order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are fixed and calculated based on the country.

Care Instructions

Please handle your jewels with care and avoid contact with liquids, especially saltwater and chemicals. Store them in a safe and closed space to prevent premature oxidation. Exercise extra caution with pieces that contain stones or pearls, as they are more fragile. We recommend using specialized jewelry cleaning products for maintenance.
